Sports Injuries are very common injuries and can be easily treated by Chartered Physiotherapists. To prevent re-occurrence of sporting  injuries, a detailed assessment of muscle strength and weakness is essential.

The usual cause is overload of a particular muscle group caused by weakness or imbalance in the opposing group. Complete recovery happens when all factors causing the injury are identified and targeted.
